I have started my studies. It has been a bit difficult since it’s been a long time I have done anything school related, but almost every course has been very interesting.
We were watching that match and of course we won! And Buddha Lounge was OK. Not the best place where I have been but pretty good.

On Tuesday I didnt go to train. I decided to rest a bit. I just watched movies at home and relaxed.

– 7x5x 65 * I hurt my hand in last set :(

– lots of… I was so angry because of my hand

AND RESTING! I was going to the gym on Friday to do my BP trainings but I decided to relax for the competition.
Saturday 30.10

Now I need to go to eat something :) Next week will be the hardest with my Smolov. Then I will start equipment training and preparing for the students’ national championships.
By the way I won that deadlift competition and I had the best Wilks also :) hih. More than 190 points is pretty good, but I need to fix those technical problems. I almost fall down in the end position. (That´s why I failed my second and got 1 red light from the front referee) So same problems that I used to have. Now I need to focus on them again. Here is a video from the competition!

Strong lifting,i dont know anything about DL,but maybe your feet were open too much? I`ve had the same problem with balance and that was the reason.
No it wasnt because that.. I tried to change it in last lift. I might have been too tight.. I have forgotten to stretch and then it is always difficult that lifting… :)
Thats true,stretching is important,if my hips are not “open” i cannot squat at all. But good luck with training to students comp. and remember to stretch :D

Bench is quite fine and i try a little heavier weigths in SQ/DL tomorrow. Still unsure about my condition but it will reveal to me in few weeks :)
