After competition I have had time to concentrate on training and a little bit myself.

First of all I moved. I wanted to live closer my training places and now I do not need a car anymore. It is much easier to use public transport system in Helsnki than own car. But lets start from the begin.

I ended my stay in Vierumäki Earlier because I wanted to rest a bit and start packing for moving to Kallio.

Monday was time to be back to business and maybe try a bit heavier lifts as well. Like I told in the beginning I will concentrate on tech. and that is why all my snatches and C&Js are not so heavy now.

This week was full off thinking, packing and training. Learning new thigs is quite frustrating because I would love to learn it with the first shot but nope. Weightlifting is sometimes so difficult. Actually it is always.

Eastern week I needed to finish my moving. I tried to train as well but the funny this is that in Helsinki all gyms all closed when is holiday. COME ON! The best time for training is when you have a holiday. … So just one training day during the eastern and it was in Kerava with Katha.

Eastern was full of friends, pizza and music and of course cleaning. I was much more tired  after my holiday than before :)

But Turmion Kätilöt gig was awesome and seeign friends is always nice so I will not complain about my missing sleeping hours.

This week has been different. I have had a lot of work but I have been very hard working. Trainings have been nice and easy and life has been nice. I really like my style of life eventhough I have not so much ”private time” but exercising is something I love.

I tried something new and went to visit osteopath… I am waiting for what is going to happen :)

This weekend I have been in Tampere to see my old friends. My batteries are now totally full loaded and it is time to see how is life in Stuttgart. I will go to Germany next Wednesday.
