I finally manage to get some time to my parents and I drove on Thursday to Eura. Normally I need to train right after works so it was a bit weird just sit down and chat. I decided not to train but when my room mate Jossu called me that she is not at home I decided to go to gym and do some light training and cycling.

On Friday I went to Helsinki to meet Sertsi. It might have the hottest day of this Summer because it was more than 30 degrees. Great day to go to gym ;)
I won´t write down my trainings because I did only some light box squat sets, rowing and abs. I have started to play football again and I had game in Espoo on Saturday. We won 3-1 but I sucked :) It has been a while since I last time played and it feels like I haven´t ever seen a football before. But I hope I will recover fast and next Thursday I will continue. Dropping weight is easier when I can run.

I was very tired on Monday. I am a bit sick again and I need to eat antibiotics (AGAIN). It makes me very tired and I fell my muscles a bit soft during trainings. On tuesday I had a resting day because I went to massage. Hmm I really need to write more often coz it is hard to remember everything.
