I have worked too much. Now I really need to concentrate on my trainings and start to rest more. On thursday I had free day from the gym because I needed to do 16 hours shift. On Friday then I went to squat.

In the end I will add some videos. I have started to do some morning jogging and cycling. I have decided to try football again next week. I have waited for that so long! On Sunday I got my first flowers ever :) (pic below) and I bought a new T-shirt too. Next weekend I will go to Helsinki and I will go to visit Linnanmäki if weather is nice. I have now finished my “basic trainings” and now I need to start training with equipments :( SCHADE! I booked my flights to Canada too and Jossu will travel with me. We will make a little trip to Toronto after competition. 6 weeks to go!!!
