I love cooking. If I had more time I would spend more time in the kitchen. Unfortunately, nowadays I am always so busy that I don´t have time for that :'( Now in Finland I have tried to do some WOMEN’S stuff: On Saturday I didn´t train. I cleaned my apartment here in Finland and cooked some chicken. I have started to buy whole chickens, because they are cheaper and you can make them very juicy. And of course I can :D The chicken spent the whole night in a marinade and before I put it in the oven I filled it with garlic and honey. I also made some oil for carrots and potatoes which I put in the oven a bit later.

In the evening I went to visit a very conventional Finnish pub. It is called Kultainen Apina ( Golden Monkey) and there is always lots of students. I went there with Maija and I almost died on the way there. FUUUUCK there was ”only” -20 but the wind.. It almost killed me :D My eyelashes and hair were frozen and covered with white frost. 

Again, I spent the whole Sunday with my cleaning project. So nothing special to tell about it. On Monday I decided to wake up early and go to play some badminton. It was a good idea but the only problem was that I slept 13 hours and woke up at 13:05. Great job! I also noticed that I had forgotten my squat suit to Germany and because of those long dreams my shoulders were hurting!  I was so pissed off when I went to gym that I decided to do my EQ-trainings with wraps only. I did the training according to my plans and didn’t even decrease the weights. Who will need equipments if you are strong enough :)

I was so happy because my old personal bests were 2x 77,5 and 1x 80 kgs! I have developed!!!! I went back home and finished my cleaning project. I was so satisfied because of my clean apartment and good results.

On Tuesday I decided to cook something. I melted my freezer on Monday and I noticed there was some forest mushrooms. Yam! I decided to do some pie, actually 3 of them. In the first one was some deer and mushrooms, in the second one minced meat and in the third was mushrooms and RUUDOLF the red nosed Reindeer :D Ouh I love reindeer meat. It is so tasty and juicy. So sorry kids, Santa will take a bus this year! 

I went training after I was finished with my cooking operation.

Today so on Wednesday I went to see my grand mum. It took more I was expected so I needed to train in the middle of night – I went to gym 21:30 and it was  a big surprise to notice that there was more than dozen other weirdo who were training nights :)

Today was the darkest day in Finland. In Lapland the sun did´t rise at all and here in Tampere there was only 2 hours bright. In those cold winter evenings is very common blue light. I have realized how special they are now when I spend my time in Germany. I really miss them. It is those 30 minutes before the darkness come. It can be seen also in Autumn but they are much prettier in Winter when is cold and snow. 












But now I need to take my roast beef out of oven.
