Hmm. What should I tell you? :D About Sölden I have not so much to talk about.
I went there with Janne Pöykiö who promised to help me with losing some weight. I started my trip on Wednesday morning and we flew to München. Then we took a car and drove to Sölden. Landscapes were amazing! Austria might be the most beautiful country where I have visited…

My competition was my first ”no-lift” competition. Referees didnt like my technic so I lifted 115, 120 and 122,5 but all lifts were 2-1 no lift. But it is a thing that every lifter needs to face ones… or twice… :) So now it has been done.
I spent rest of the week watching competitions and eating well. Because of Europeans I didnt want make real diet so first time I dropped weight in sauna and then I needed to start eating again for my Europeans. . .
I was back in Finland on Monday 30.5. where my work was waiting for me. During the week I did my last training for Europeans and suddenly they went well. Problems with my back were gone and I felt myself very strong and confident. I tried to rest during the weekend even I needed to move again. On Monday we arrived at Helsinki with Miika and on Tuesday we start our trip to England.
As soon as I put my shoes on I noticed that everything isnt fine now. My legs were hurting like a hell. Actually my foot table and I couldnt walk normally. Miika helped me with my bags and in the evening we were in New Castle. I said to Seppo (my coach) immediately that I need to go to hospital on the morning. After breakfast we called a cap and drove to Walking center. They checked my feet and said it is infected. They gave me antibiotics but it was very obvious that they wont help so fast. So on Thursday I started to warming up and eating painkillers. I almost gave up with competing but after I took first squats I forgot the pain. Squat was fine and I did my new record – 207,5. But again I had problems with my bench and I got result with my last attemp. The only goal in deadlift was winning. And I did it. After my last DL my legs were hurting so much that I tough I will die. :) I will add videos after my text.
We went to visit in Metro park which is one of the biggest shopping centers in the Europe. I couldn´t enjoy my time there because I was too fat and my leg was hurting. So I spent my time in restaurant and drinking coffee. This time I need to be girly and say I hate this eating and gaining because I like myself more with my 63-65kg bodyweight. I am very pleased now starting dieting. I left already on Saturday because I needed to work AGAIN
After our trip I started a new project again. Actually two – I am working now in Pori´s harbor and I need to start dieting.
I havent train at all this week coz my working days have been more then 12 hours.. Today will be last day here in harbor and then I will go back to office. I am so waiting for my new training program!
