Hi to all my older and newer readers. I have been more than a week here in Stuttgart now and I do not want to leave anymore. I love my life here. But hey I can start writing more about my training now.

I needed to start dieting coz my lovely coach wanted me to lift at Finnish Bench Press Championship in next month. I am fat.. That I need to agree, but hey I know how to be fit too :) So bread and pasta are out of order and I am eating proteins. I felt much more efficient during this week and I have found my motivation. Tomorrow I will work at home and go to Zulassungsstelle because I need to return my motorbike’s plates.

Ps: it is not a bread under the eggs. It is a pork steak.
It has been colder here than in Finland now. But I do not even hate it anymore. The sun is shining and birds are singing :D So almost like Summer with -15 dergrees.
This all happiness is coming from my legs which have started to work again. I might be 100 % healthy some day.
In the end I will add a video of my squats. I have trained two times now at Maxx´s fitness studio in Neugereut with Uwe and Sergey. It is a nice gym to do some light training and because I can not go jogging yet it is easy to do aerobic training there too.
I almost forgot. I was informed today that I have an apartment in Espoo. I will move there 1.3. so goodbye Tampere. I might need to try to move forward. Sometimes it is good to start over and just go with the flow :)
