I did not realize how frustrating life is when I can not walk. I have been so bored and because I can not train I do not feel hunger. I have started to train with Sheiko´s bench program and I have trained three to four times per week. I can add the whole program here ; sheikko

I have been doing it now. It is very boring to train only arms and upper back. I want to squat! I took my first steps yesterday – two of them. I need two more and I can squat ;)

 

I was watching RAW competition in Riihimäki and after that we went to pre x-mas party. There was selected Team Nordic Thunder´s best lifters and coaches and of course  my coach Seppo was the best coach :) I was selected the best junior lifter.

 

 

 

 

On Monday I started my new program and on Thursday I had an appointment in Turku where my doctor took stitches off.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I couldn´t train before Saturday so I just lied on my couch.  On Saturday I went to eat with my friend and then guys asked me to join them to Rauhaniemi Kansankylpylä. It is a place where you can go to Sauna and swim in lake Näsijärvi. I did not have a permission to swim so I just watched guys running into the lake. After that we went to eat and watch a movie. It was one of the most chilling days I have had since my foot operation.

 

 

This week I spent preparing our own pre x-mas. I baked and cooked the whole week and of course trained a bit too. Here are some pics;

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ADT  ( Finnish anti-doping team ) sent me a post. They told me to fill some forms because they have added me to special list where I need to tell my location information so they manage to reach me when they want. It is called test-pool group. Olympic committee send me a post too. They gave me a grant ! Yippee.

 

So life is running I am not. :)

      Syntymästä asti ollut jalkapöydässä luun vääntymä, joka sitten särki ja tulehdutti mun jalan. Sumoveto ollut kaikkein kamalin… Kipulääkkeil tuli vikat kisaat reenailtuu niin päätin nyt korjata.. Pieni ( 2 kk) tauko raskaista reeneista tekee päälle kuitenkin hyvää!
