First I need to say that I hurt my back a week ago. I hurt my back while doing my first hard equipment training and I have 3 weeks to Worlds! I hope I will handle this and now I have started to train again with light weights.

There are good things too :D  I was at the Fitness expo and I bought new training clothes :) But before the Expo I went (surprisingly) shopping with Tuomas and my dear Jossu! I found a new pair of shoes and a winter hat. I am waiting for an icy winter and I think it will come soon. Actually I really miss winter because last year I was in Germany and they do not know anything about winter ;)

I have lost too much weight so I totally changed my eating habits. I have started to eat fat and proteins only. It is much tougher than I could imagine. But hey! some pics now and then you can check out my trainings. Bench is going great now – I am in very good shape but like I said, because of my back, I do not know if I can do any eq trainings before Worlds.

There are two videos. The first one is my best box squat set (6x 135) and the second one is our Ranking competition video from the Alasali. Now I have my motivation back so I will write more. It has been a hard time for me because first I just lost too much weight and I didn’t find any motivation. Then I got my motivation back and started eating again but after a week I hurt my back. Still, I am very confident everything will be fine before November. :)

ps. A very good friend of mine (from Russia) will come to Finland!!!! YIPPEEE! :) I will tell you more when everything is sure. AND

 

I have a new job! It will start in February in Stuttgart. I have missed all my friends so much after I moved back to Finland. I will be in Germany for approx. one month and then I need to move to Espoo. I am very excited about it! I will tell you more (again) about it later.
