So much has happened, but it is too early to tell all the details. One thing is for sure – I will live in Germany at least until 15.10. ! And maybe even longer, but I don´t really know yet…

I started a healthier life – so no candy from now on :'( IPF changes weight classes and I try to get used to a life without sweets. It is easier said than done and it takes a lot of effort!

Bench pressing with equipment was quit strange. It has been a long time since my last EQ trainings. I bought a new shirt and I really hope it will be good for me. So on Thursday all my muscles were hurting because of BP. I had only few ours of school so Sini wanted to do something special. So we went swimming and bought 10-ticket cards so now we really need to visit there! It was okey, but I need my swimming glasses :) We swam ca 800 m but I felt so old. We just chattered after every 25 m and my swimming suit.. It was terrible :) But swimming makes me feel much better because I have had some extra stress nowadays. After swimming we went to Finnish meeting in Trolli. I will put pics later. I drank only apple juice and I left at 21oo pm. I had a squat training coming so I wanted to rest before that.

Squats weren’t deep enough but it is ok, I am weighing 1 kg extra so I don’t bother. I am feeling much stronger now and I am sure that if I concentrate on my trainings I can do more than 500 kg total in Finnish National Champs but that means hark work and no student parties.

I dont know yet what I will do during the weekend. I will train and go to a massage, but there is for example a game on Saturday, so maybe we go to eat some Schnitzel in Fellbach with Sini. I have heard some rumors, that there is a place with low prices and big portions. But we will see..

Ouh, Sergey said that I need to start eating proteins also at breakfast. (and yes, it is a sandwich)

But now I need to hurry. I promised to get a new key to Sini and I want to also fix my nails today. And I also have a massage today.
