Week 36 was my lighter week. That means I didn´t study, j I was just working and training , less than normally. I have tried to refill my batteries because I have been so tired.
I had a competition on Saturday. It did not went so well than I was waiting for but many good things happened. I managed to start over 70 kgs and 71 kgs was my new record. C&J was difficult and I got a result with my last lift.
Some good things happened and I was invited to join UK&K. It is a training programm for weighlifters. I need to train now in Vierumäki 10 times during this year . Camps are lasting 4 days per session. AND I will go to Sweden in the end of Sebtember. There is Nordic Championship in Weighlifting. Hopefully I will manage my technical problems before that (or at least one or two of them :) )
