Again I was too fat I and I needed to drop weight:)
On Monday I was weighing 67,2 kilos but I ate a lot on Sunday. I was still in Tampere because I had an exam on Monday morning. I traveled to Helsinki after the exam, had a badminton game (!!!!!!! I RAN!!!!!))) and some light weightlifting training. I trained on Tuesday and on Thursday too. It was just some light snatches because I had this competition coming.
On Friday I was weighing 65,2 kgs so there was not so much to drop. I went to sauna just a bit but the night was terrible. I couldn’t sleep at all and I was just waiting for my alarm clock to ring. Our weigh-in was at 7 am so it was quite an early morning for me. During the week I tried to wake up as early as possible and I managed to go jogging 3 times before 6am :) .
I was weighing 62,95 kgs and my legs were hurting so much that I was very worried about my competition.

I know now that I have started to get my power back. With sumo DL I have some terrible technical mistakes to work with. Spring is coming. I like it :)
I will try to add my trainings more now and I am starting a new program as well. Hopefully we will see some development too.
