As I told you, I have decided to start training, and yes I am still OK even though I need to put some effort to my recovering. I have spent my time in Kalajoki, because I have to work there.  My June is the month when I have started to check my nutrition more carefully and that is why I asked Juha’s help again. I have to decide what to do with IPF´s next World Championship held in Finland. The list of participants will be updated here.

Because it has been so cold it feels like no summer yet. There was minus degrees last week!!! Just before our midsummer so it was no surprise that we preferred to stay home :)

Anna, Milko, Pauliina and Miika visited us as well so I baked something.

Because I will keep my summer holiday next week I have to work now more than I feel I am capable of. That means after my visit to Turku and Tampere (Tatu qualified for Finnish Weightlifting Championship U20.) But instead of resting I have trained. I have now started to train a bit more and my body still feels good. Hopefully the coming weeks will be better and I can start squatting again. It is terrible to lift without any pressure in my muscles.

Oh I almost forgot. Karjalan Kovin Crossfit Games relased events for qualification and FINALLY I kept my word and went to a Crossfit training with Antti. He wanted to see if I was capable of doing high lactic acid trainings… I have seen better days afterwards but I survived :) The video will appear later.

But now, the Netherlands will win Mexico.
