Secondly I have fixed that WC-video and If you have problems watching my clips please let me know. Every country have their own ”forbidden songs ” -list so it would help me if you told me when the videos are not working.


After an awesome weekend I need to say that I was a bit tired on Monday. I picked up my friend Jossu from to airport and went to the gym.


Monday 27.9.

Squat

– 8x3x 77,5kg, 5x 85kg, 2x2x 90kg, 1x 95kg

Bench Press

a few sets with bar

– 8x3x 50, 5x 52,5, 2x2x 55kg, 1x 60kg * all with stop

– Hammer-style :D hah this is not for me!


Again I have forgotten to stretch :( Now I need to take care of that. I will go to Portugal on Thurday so there is plenty of time for stretching and I hope I find a nice gym just for some light training.



Oh I have found plenty of nice clothes. I was supposed to take a picture of them but i forgot :( I will take them in Portugal then. So on Tuesday we went to center of Bad Canstatt with Jossu and Sini. We all found some nice new clothes and I also fixed my high heels.

After that I ran to the U-bahn stop and AGAIN I was there too late. I hate that. Tomorrow I will stand there 10 min before the U-bahn comes.

Tuesday 28.9.

STRETCHING 1 hour!!!!!!!

So tomorrow we will go with Jossu and Daniel to Volksfest. Also some Finnish exchange students will join us. And of course Alejandro. Alejandro is from Mexico but he has lived in Germany for 8 years now and his father is German. Alejanrdo was the guy who came with me to buy my dirndl. Tomorrow I need to put it on.. again :)

But here is video of my new deadlift record. That 3x8x 130 supposed to be hard and it wasnt so I0 did 2 reps more in the last set. So this means I hopefully will be able to do my whole deadlift program now :)

But I will try to write something tomorrow and after that I might need to keep a one week break.
