Hi all!

The first days in Kazan have been very busy ;). I have eaten, trained eaten and then trained. :D

The problem here is that there is 32 degrees warm and for me it is very difficult to eat then. To me it means an extra eating eventhough I am not hungry. I am lifting here under 69 kilos instead of 63.

We came directly to Kazan because we have charter flight with Team Sweden. We were at Kazan around 23:30 o’clock but it took one and half our to start traveling by bus to the Universiade Village. The trip took 30 minutes and then we have very tight security check. We can not take any food or liquids here and it causes a lot of problems during the security check.

It was around 4 am when I manage to jump into my bed. . I have also problems with my Athelete passport and I needed to wake up early to go to take a new photo with our Team Leader Jukka Tirri. So I started my Saturday with Russian bureaucracy.

The warm weather surprised me. It makes muscles very soft and it was shame that on Saturday we did not manage to train at the training venue at all and we needed to train at the fitness centre. I will try to take some pics tomorrow from Weightlifting places. I have taken very few of them now because I have been tired… :) because there is warm! but i will not complain. After staying 24/7 at home, gym or work it is nice to have time to my self and be in peace.

Like I said it has been nice to relax a bit and so I went to shop. Next to our Universiade Village is shopping center BUT I visited only in one store.. Thank God I am fast and I managed to buy two pairs of high heels :) Eero was with me and he forced me to leave after 25minutes shopping. WHAT KIND OF SHOPPING IS 25 MINUTES????? I AM JUST ASKING!

OK. I said and decided to go there alone tomorrow. But of course my coach called me and I need to take care of that I am not “walking too much” and I “need to avoid sun”. Sad but true. The first task is manage my competition and then I can try to get tanned and shop something nice. Understandable :) But look how cute they are!

click Like you can see it is very very high level competition coming. I will try to do my best – this is important competition for my future. It is the first bigger competition and I will need this experience in near future. And of course – these are moments why I  train :)

Now I need to go to bed. Guys want to sleep.
