First I thought I will write only about my ”normal life”. But I was too lazy to writie 2 articles so those who are only interested in my trainings, you will find them in the end of the text. In 30 January we went to watch some football with Sini. It was our first Bundesliga-game watched @ live. Stadion´s atmosphere was fine but game was terrible. After losing 1-0 our football friend Laura came to visit us. So on Monday we went to have a lunch in city center. Sophie´s Brauhas is a little brewery restaurant which also has its own tent in Wasen. I will taste that beer after my competitions so we will go there again, won´t we Sini? :)
On Tuesday I needed to study. and train. and study. Thank god on Wednesday we found some cooler things to do and I saw my first castle!
There was cold and windy but the landscape was pretty nice. We will go there again when the weather is a bit warmer. 
On Thursday we went to buy our car. 
The trip was fine but I really need to say I miss cheesecakes. Lauri – a finnish friend of mine – bought one. I decided to start to write a list where I will put all those tasty food that I want to eat after my Nationals. For example Iskender in La Vida, Döner in our own home kebab, Tryffelcake in Starbucks… Oh man I miss eating. This dieting is getting hard for me. That´s why I decided to make my day and I went to buy my diet food and also some chocolate to Finland.

Sini said that she has never seen so much chocolate – only in store :) I have collected it more now- I bought some chocolate in Switzerland.
Our Friday started terrible. We were supposed to drop Laura to Heidelberg at 4 am. But Sinis alarm clock didn´t work and then we wondered to drop Laura to Frankfurt but roads were too slippery and then Laura said she will take a train but she missed it. So I needed to take her to the Frankfurt-Hahn airport and it was easier said than done. But we made it! 10 am we were in Hahn and I said to Sini that I won´t drive anymore – I will need a break. We decided to go to Koblenz. It was a very beautiful city. I ate there maybe one of the best meat dishes ever. We drove back to Stuttgart and I went to training. I was so tired. 2 nights only with few hours sleep wasn´t enough for me.
Saturday I finally fixed my nails. They were too long and damaged because of my bench trainings. Jossu asked me to put pink nails and I kept my promise :) 
On Saturday we went to meet Leena. Leena is our football mate from Tampere who is studying now in Zürich. Before that we went to watch track and field in Stuttgart. :) 23 o´clock we arrived to Zürich and only thing that I could think was sleeping.
On Sunday morning we went skiing. It has been a while since I have snowboarded but it went pretty good! I really enjoyed my time there and the Alps were amazing! We will go there again on March. Pics tell more than 1000 words!
After skiing we went to Luzern. There are three very old wooden bridges and Leena said Luzern is the most beautiful city in Switzerland.The City is full of those painted houses and some of them are hundreds of years old.
I have also bought new clothes and sneakers. I started to run again. It is easier to lose weight when I have permission to run. Now I am weighting 64kgs so maybe I can handle my scale 27 February.
First I decided to put my trainings in a different article. But because my writing has lasted now 2 days I will add them here.
Week no. 7. My Body weight was OK on Monday and I decided to go to 63 kgs. I also started to train with my tighter suit and BP shirt.

In the end of the week I mystically started to gather liquids. I was weighting before that something 65 kgs and on Saturday I was 67.5. I began to panic because it was only 3 weeks until my Nationals and I didn´t know what to do! Thank god we went to visit Leena and I got something else to think about. But on Monday I needed to face reality. I was too heavy and I was doing something wrong because I have checked everything I was eating during these 6 weeks.
I tried to reach Jani – a friend of mine who knows a lot about nutrion but I didn´t manage to reach him. Jani has his own gym now. It is called Tzemppi. I haven´t visited there yet but next week I really need to because I will go to Finland!
Story continues! I was lieing in my bed and worrying when I noticed a friend of mine – Juha – in a Facebook. Juha Ryödi is a Finnish bodybuilder and I knew he has made a lot of nutrition programs. I told my story to Juha and he promissed to check out my nutrition diary. I have kept it very intensively since January. I met Juha looong time ago when I was still living with my parents and we both lived in Satakunta. I have also trained in a same gym with him. He gave me some tips and I tried them. I started to eat more proteins and less carbos and I also started to run again. That´s why I bought those new shoes. All these helped me a lot and I started to sweat normally again. Now my body weight is 64kg and I am pretty happy. 2 weeks and 1 kg to go :)
