Mulla on adidaksen Ironwork III. Niitä saa esim voimaharjoittelu.fi sivustolta. Ne on ollut ihan ok. Nyt ehkä kokeilen Nike:ä kunhan löydän jostain. Hommaat riittävän piukat, koska venyy käytössä eikä jalka sais venyä.
Toki riippuen kyykkytekniikasta pitää tsekkaa onko parempi kannallinen , puolikannallinen vai kannaton kengät. Pääasia että pohja on suht tukeva.
