Tuesday morning I went to Metzingen with Sini, Cassie and Anna. I wasn´t so keen on shopping because I was extremely excited! A friend of mine, Matthias, had promised to me to pick me and we went to motorcycle. It has been 3 years since I have even though about driving. I didn´t drive but sitting there behind makes me think ” why I didn´t buy my own motorcycle when I sell my smaller one. ”

When I returned back to our apartment I sat down and made some research. Motorcycles were cheaper here and I actually could have afford for that. Whole week I spent on my computer and tried to find my dream bike. I added some pictures from our trip.

Thursday came and we went to watch some motorcycles with Matthias. He was kind to me and promised to help me finding the motorcycle of my dream. Before I was thinking to buy Suzuki Bandit or SV but I realized they wasn´t for me. In conclusion I say YES to Kawasaki ER-6F. We found some good ones but my last decision was that black bike in a pic. I will download more after I have returned ( I will go Finland next week – I need to drive the car there now because I have this motorcycle so I need to drive that on May. )

Hmm. Friday… What happened then.. Oh yes I bought motorcycle.  And tried to fix my computer. All succeeded.

I supposed to squat but my legs were hurting…But I didn´t care. (Of course during weekend I was a bit worried. But now the leg is ok.) And then I was there – just chatting 3 hours with my friends. And sun is shining! On Tuesday there was +20 (of course in the sun but still! ) Summer… It is not so far away anymore.  But only sad thing is, I need to leave Germany soon. But don´t worry mates – I will be back. Maybe already in Bawaria-cup. We will see… :)

Osa 2: Mielenterveyden tärkein osa on ymmärrys

Klikkaa osaan 1 tästä Masennustilan paranemisen kannalta on tärkeää poistaa stressitekijöitä, mutta niiden olemassa olo tai puuttuminen eivät vaikuta masennustilan paranemiseen itsenäisesti. Tärkeintä on, millaisia muutoksia nämä tekijät ovat aiheuttaneet. Negatiiviset elämänmuutokset (erot, sulkeutuminen, opintojen keskenjääminen) hidastavat toipumista, kun taas uusien mahdollisuuksien ja positiivisten muutosten löytäminen nopeuttaa toipumista. Masennuksen, uupumisen tai ahdistuksenkin aikana on tärkeä…
