Slowly my trainings have started to be better.But on Monday when I went to squat, I needed to face the truth – my squat is still terrible. I have started a worry about it. Hopefully it is only tightness after Worlds..

Pretty terrible training day. I need to start eat. I am weighting too less and still sleeping too less.

FINALLY I have a bit more normal training. Deadlift felt great and my last set 3x 160 was pretty easy. Pilsen – I am coming!!!

It was almost good squat training. Maybe next week I will find my normal way of training.


Herwood Olympics is our traditional autumn happening. We go to try all kind of events with my friends. It took always whole day and then in the evening we caunt points. Herwood Olympics has been arranged last time 2009 – I won it then. But now trophy´s new owner is Asgeir (my friend from Island who lives now in Tampere). Sad but true I couldn´t do all events because of my trainings. I need some rest now. Hey !!! I baked! I forgot to take a picture of them so they are half-eaten now :) sorry. And there are some pictures of Herwood olympics best three.

But now I need to run! I have started my studies so I will try to go to lessons now :)
